Prime Minister Lê Minh Hưng recently chaired a conference to implement the National Target Program for socio-cultural, rural, ethnic, and mountainous development for the 2026-2035 period. This program follows Resolution No. 46/2026/QH16 and is regulated by Decree 367/2026/ND-CP. The Prime Minister emphasized that implementation must be continuous, ensuring no interruptions to the policies or benefits of citizens.

In Quang Tri province, authorities held a scientific workshop to consult experts on heritage digitization. This initiative is part of a larger digital transformation scheme for culture, sports, and tourism spanning 2026-2035. The proposed scheme includes 13 component projects and one independent science and technology task, aiming to preserve cultural DNA and ensure historical authenticity in digital environments.
