Quantum Development Finance secures £500m facility from Goldman Sachs

Quantum Development Finance has secured a long-term facility of up to £500 million from Goldman Sachs. This agreement increases the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) housebuilding lender’s total funding from £200 million to £700 million.

The expanded facility is intended to allow the firm to provide larger loans and support projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from acquisition to post-completion investment. CEO Oliver Thompson stated that the approval from Goldman Sachs and AB CarVal serves as an endorsement of the company’s credit platform and its ability to back high-quality developers and property investors.
