Quantum-Systems Inc. appoints Raymond Santiago to lead Americas growth

Quantum-Systems Inc. has appointed former U.S. Army aviation leader Raymond Santiago as Vice President of Growth & Strategic Engagement for the Americas. Santiago will lead strategic growth and engagement efforts across the United States and Latin America, focusing on strengthening relationships with defense and security stakeholders.

Santiago brings extensive experience in defense modernization, autonomous systems integration, and capability development. During his military career, he oversaw a portfolio of more than 4,000 aircraft and worked on initiatives such as Future Vertical Lift and transformational force design. His new role involves aligning the company’s autonomous systems portfolio with evolving operational and acquisition priorities while supporting aviation modernization throughout the Americas.
