Quarteira maritime heritage event opens for family registration

The Museu Municipal de Loulé has opened registrations for ‘Famílias Navegadoras’, a family-oriented activity focused on the maritime heritage of Quarteira. Scheduled for August 28 at 18:30, the event will take place at the Antiga Lota de Quarteira.

Part of the exhibition ‘Com os Pés na Terra e as Mãos no Mar: 6000 anos de História de Quarteira’, the program includes a guided tour regarding the territory's evolution and a scavenger hunt. Participants will use a ‘Logbook’ to navigate four exhibition sections: ‘Exploring the Earth’, ‘Exploring the Sea’, ‘Occupying and Living’, and ‘Territory’.
