Quartet Immortality performs in Almenar

The Quartet Immortality performed a concert as part of the Escenaris Singulars project in Almenar. Due to rain forecasts, the event was relocated to the Local Social, where approximately one hundred people attended.

Following the musical performance, attendees participated in a gastronomic tasting of various tomato varieties. The session featured five varieties grown at Planters Cal Vito in Benavent de Segrià, alongside ancient varieties recovered in Castellserà by Surinye and Josep Moret. Led by Imma Roigé of La Cistella de la Imma, participants evaluated the tomatoes based on color, shape, texture, firmness, and the balance between acidity and sweetness. The tasting included Castelló oil and salt from the Vilanova de la Sal mines.
