Quebec advance voting scheduled for September 27 and 28

Advance voting for the Quebec provincial election is scheduled for Sunday, September 27, and Monday, September 28. Polling stations will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and are required to be accessible to persons with reduced mobility.

To vote, citizens must present an accepted form of identification, such as a health insurance card, driver's license, Canadian passport, Indian status certificate, or Canadian Forces identity card. While the registration notice received by mail can assist election staff, it is not mandatory to present it.

Voters are advised to verify their registration on the electoral list before heading to the polls, as no changes can be made to the list during the advance voting period or on election day. The official election day is set for October 5, with polling hours also running from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
