Quebec to close roads in Vaudreuil‑Dorion and Saint‑Joseph‑de‑Beauce

The Quebec Ministry of Transport announced that a section of Route 340 in Vaudreuil‑Dorion will be fully closed to traffic in both directions from 22:00 on 2 August 2026 until the end of October. Detour routes will be signed, and access to local residences and businesses will remain available.

In the municipality of Saint‑Joseph‑de‑Beauce, a road‑marking operation is scheduled on Avenue du Palais on Tuesday, 4 August. The work will involve repainting lane markings and related signage.
