Alberta separation referendum: Unity bus tours Whitecourt

Thomas Lukaszuk, leader of the Forever Canadian movement, is touring Alberta in a ‘Get out the vote’ campaign ahead of the October 19 referendum. The vote will determine if residents wish to remain in Canada or hold a second, binding independence referendum.

In Whitecourt, Lukaszuk used a unity bus to rally residents against Alberta separation, warning against complacency. He described the upcoming vote as a defining moment for the future of both Alberta and Canada.
