Queens Park Rangers prepare for Southampton fixture

Queens Park Rangers (QPR) are preparing to face Southampton at St Mary’s following a 5-0 victory over Swansea City. The recent win was highlighted by a hat-trick from Richard Kone, which has left manager Julien Stephan with selection decisions for the upcoming match.

Defender Jake Clarke-Salter is considered a doubt for the fixture after missing the previous game. During his absence, the defensive partnership of Ronnie Edwards and Jimmy Dunne performed well, with Edwards recording high defensive contributions and a high pass completion rate. Clarke-Salter, a regular left-sided centre-back, faces a potential challenge to reclaim his starting position if he returns to fitness.
