Quem Ama Cuida production details revealed by director and cast

Artistic director Amora Mautner has shared insights into her unconventional creative process for the telenovela ‘Quem Ama Cuida’. During a visit to Estúdios Globo, Mautner revealed that she often avoids studying scenes in advance, preferring to read them while traveling to the studio to maintain a sense of spontaneity and allow for ‘the error’ and improvisation.

Actress Isabel Teixeira, who portrays the villain Pilar, also discussed the role of antagonists in evoking strong emotions from the audience. Meanwhile, actress Maíra spoke about her television debut in the same production, where she played the character Marlene. Maíra expressed that participating in the telenovela fulfilled a childhood dream and noted the importance of energy within the ensemble cast.
