Quentin Tarantino to release ‘The Adventures of Cliff Booth’ novel

Quentin Tarantino has written a new novel titled ‘The Adventures of Cliff Booth’, scheduled for release by Harper on December 8. The book serves as a literary companion to the upcoming film ‘The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth’.

While Tarantino wrote the screenplay for the film, the movie will be directed by David Fincher rather than Tarantino himself. The film stars Brad Pitt, reprising his role as Clifford Booth, and is set to arrive in IMAX theaters on November 25 before debuting on Netflix on December 23.

Set in Hollywood in 1977, the story follows Booth, a war hero, stuntman, and bartender who provides occasional ‘clandestine services’ for his associates. This follows Tarantino’s 2021 release of the ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’ novel, which provided additional character backstories and psychological depth not found in the original film.
