Querétaro hosts exhibition to promote organ donation awareness

In Querétaro, Mexico, the exhibition ‘CreArte Conciencia 2026’ has opened at the Alameda Hidalgo to promote awareness regarding organ and tissue donation. Organized by the State Transplant Center of Querétaro (CETQro) in collaboration with Club Posible Photo and the State DIF System, the display features 97 photographs, testimonials, and infographics.

According to Álvaro Ugalde Zarazúa, director general of CETQro, approximately 16,000 patients are currently awaiting kidney transplants. The exhibition aims to educate the public and families about the donation process to increase availability. The installation will remain open to the public until September 30.
