Querétaro Livestock Fair offers ticket refunds and warns of fraud

The Organizing Committee of the 2026 Querétaro International Livestock Fair has announced that individuals who purchased Palenque concert tickets through the official platform, Boletcenter.com, but mistakenly selected a different city, will be eligible for a location change or a refund.

The procedure for these requests will be managed online. To complete the process, users must provide the cardholder's name, banking institution, the last four digits of the card, official identification, registered email, and the purchase confirmation. Detailed instructions and the official link will be released through the Fair's official channels on Saturday, October 3.

Additionally, organizers issued a warning regarding fraudulent websites, such as ‘booletcenter.com’, which mimic the official site to deceive buyers. The committee has requested the intervention of the Cyber Police to block these fraudulent domains and urged anyone who has fallen victim to these scams to file a formal report with the authorities. The only authorized ticket sellers are Boletcenter.com, the Auditorio Josefa Ortiz de Domínguez box office, and UrbanCenter Juriquilla.
