Querétaro Mayor recognizes role of appraisers in protecting family assets

Querétaro Municipal President Felifer Macías recognized the work of professional appraisers during the commemoration of Appraiser Day on September 10. Macías stated that their work provides legal certainty and protects the assets of families within the state and municipality.

During the event, Macías highlighted that his administration has prioritized urban planning and the creation of favorable conditions for investment, formal employment, and entrepreneurship. He also noted that the municipality is beginning to disseminate the report for his second year in office.

As part of the ceremony, several appraisers received Labor Competency Certifications endorsed by the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP), which validate their professional skills and knowledge. Rogelio Alcocer Gómez, Director General of the State Registry and Cadastre Institute, emphasized the ethical responsibility of appraisers in valuing family heritage.
