Querétaro officials address community infrastructure and social needs

Local officials and legislators are addressing community demands and infrastructure needs in various neighborhoods of Querétaro, Mexico.

In Colonia Satélite, Santiago Nieto Castillo met with residents to discuss urgent requests regarding social programs, including access to 'Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro,' assistance for single mothers, and housing support. Residents also highlighted critical issues concerning public security, insufficient street lighting, deteriorating roads, and the need for land regularization.

In the Sauces neighborhood, Senator Agustín Dorantes Lámbarri reviewed ongoing drainage and street rehabilitation projects. While some mobility improvements have been made, residents requested further interventions for other roads to mitigate risks during rainy seasons. Additionally, community members called for the renovation of local parks, sports courts, and walkways, as well as solutions to address trash accumulation on the streets.
