Acting Managing Director/CEO Afolabi Olorode said a strong workplace culture is fundamental to sustainable business success, stressing that an environment where employees can grow, innovate and perform best enables the bank to deliver value to clients and stakeholders.

The bank hosted the second edition of the Great Place to Work® Nigeria Study Mission, a collaborative platform that gathered Great Place to Work‑certified organisations—including HR leaders from FITC, Princeps Credit Systems, Tonic Technologies and Esentry Limited—to exchange best practices and strengthen employee‑centric leadership.
