Polish towns host free community events in July‑August

A historic‑themed quest game opened in the Lower Silesian town of Żmigrod on 2 August. The event, organized by Questy.org, invited participants to complete a short location‑based challenge around the town’s historic bastion and receive a commemorative leaflet.

On 31 July, Łódź’s Mediateka MeMo transformed into a Roman construction site, where visitors built a LEGO model of the Colosseum using about 9 000 bricks. The free activity was part of the “Antyczny lipiec” (Ancient July) series and was open to anyone with an active library card.
