Quick Sigorta launches 3.7 billion‑TL IPO on Borsa Istanbul

Turkey's Quick Sigorta began the demand‑collection phase for its initial public offering, approved by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). The IPO, worth about 3.7 billion Turkish lira, will be conducted from 29‑31 July 2026, with shares starting to trade on Borsa Istanbul on 6 August 2026 under the ticker “QUICK”.

The offering does not include a secondary sale; all proceeds will be used for a capital increase to strengthen the insurer’s financial structure, support sustainable growth, and improve corporate‑governance standards. Quick Sigorta, one of Turkey's largest non‑life insurers, reports roughly 101.5 billion TL in assets, 25.1 billion TL in equity, around 9,000 agencies and over 30 million policies.

Maher Holding Insurance Group chairman Ahmet Yaşar emphasised that the cash raised will go directly to the company rather than shareholders, saying it will enhance the insurer’s capital base and reinforce trust among policy‑holders, agents and investors.
