Quick Sigorta to debut on Borsa Istanbul on Aug 6, 2026

Quick Sigorta A.Ş. received approval from the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and completed its three‑day demand‑collection phase on 29‑31 July 2026. The insurer will list on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker QUICK, with a fixed offer price of 76.60 TL per share and a total offering size of about 3.7 billion TL.

The IPO, led by the Garanti BBVA Yatırım consortium, allocates 28,987,770 lots to individual investors on an equal‑distribution basis. The exact number of lots per investor will depend on the total number of applications received. Results are expected to be announced on the Capital Markets Disclosure Platform (KAP) within the week following the demand‑collection close, and trading is scheduled to begin at the official listing ceremony on 6 August 2026.
