Quiliano hosts fifth edition of local festival

The fifth edition of the “Quiliano in Fermento” festival is scheduled to take place from Friday, August 28, to Sunday, August 30, in the historic center of Quiliano. The event will officially open at 5:00 PM on Friday at Villa Maria.

A delegation from Fleurville, a French town twinned with Quiliano, will attend the inauguration to strengthen the friendship and collaboration between the two communities. The festival program includes local excellence, culture, music, and craftsmanship.

Key highlights include the “Villeggendo” literary review, featuring author Cinzia Pennati presenting her book “Questioni di famiglia” at 6:30 PM. The weekend will also feature gastronomic itineraries, tastings, markets, and a concert by the classic rock cover band Groove Pulse in Piazza Gramsci.
