Quilmes celebrates first medical residency graduates

The Municipality of Quilmes held a graduation ceremony at the CPA Leonardo Favio in Bernal to recognize the first 16 health professionals from the Interdisciplinary Residencies (PRIN) of CIC La Matera and the General Medicine Residency of Don Bosco.

During the event, interim Mayor Eva Mieri and Health Secretary Natalia Nápoli emphasized the importance of training professionals within the local health system to ensure they remain to serve the community. To support this, the municipality announced that starting in September, it will implement a Training Trajectory Bonus for hospital medical career personnel who have completed and accredited a specialty within the municipal residency system. This monthly bonus will be equivalent to 40% of the basic salary.
