Provincial Deputy Mayra Mendoza and interim Quilmes Mayor Eva Mieri inaugurated the ‘Amanda Allen’ Temporary Shelter House for Children and Adolescents. The facility was constructed entirely with municipal funds.

This center represents the first municipal management device dedicated specifically to the temporary housing and comprehensive care of children and adolescents facing vulnerability or emergency situations. Officials noted that the project aims to provide protection and guidance to minors in difficult circumstances.
