Quilmes Municipality Grants Habilitation to Capernaum Restaurant in San Francisco Solano

On Tuesday the Municipality of Quilmes issued a commercial habilitation certificate to Capernaum, a family‑run café and restaurant located at Av. San Martín 2118 in the San Francisco Solano district. The ceremony was attended by interim mayor Eva Mieri and municipal agency secretary Julián Bellido, who highlighted the program’s aim to simplify and digitise licensing through the Mi Quilmes Digital portal. The approval enables Capernaum to employ 15 staff members and provides reassurance to customers and workers alike. During the same event, 41 local entrepreneurs received Safe Food Handling cards, underscoring the municipality’s broader effort to reduce bureaucratic barriers and support small‑business growth in the area.
