Quincy, Illinois faces two separate criminal cases involving a city employee and an airport driver

Thomas T. Pugh, a former information‑technology employee for the City of Quincy, is charged with official misconduct, two counts of cyberstalking and electronic harassment. A pre‑trial hearing scheduled for August was first postponed and then cancelled, with his trial set for September.

Nineteen‑year‑old Sean E. Zanger was arrested after his red Ford F‑250 struck the perimeter fence and other structures at Quincy Regional Airport, causing damage valued between $10,000 and $100,000. He faces charges of reckless driving, leaving the scene of a property‑damage crash and criminal damage to government property. Zanger is being held in the Adams County Jail.
