Quinta do Lago to host recruitment Open Day in Algarve

Quinta do Lago, a luxury resort in the Algarve, is hosting an Open Day on October 13 from 10:00 to 16:00 at The Magnolia Hotel. The event aims to recruit professionals for year-round positions across various sectors to combat the seasonal employment challenges common in the Algarve region.

Available roles span several departments, including hospitality (reception, cleaning, laundry, and room service), food and beverage (front-of-house and kitchen), and golf operations (reception, rangers, starters, and course maintenance). The resort is also seeking staff for landscaping, security, CCTV, alarm technicians, and administrative roles, as well as offering internships.

The recruitment event is structured into three phases: a job fair to meet department heads, a presentation on company culture and values, and speed interviews to expedite the selection process. According to Human Resources Director Ana Cardeira, the initiative focuses on providing stability, continuous training, and long-term career progression within an international work environment.
