Quirón Salud hospital construction in Badajoz enters final phase

Construction of the new Quirón Salud private hospital in Badajoz, Spain, is entering its final stages. The project, located on Avenida de Elvas, involves an investment of approximately 50 million euros.

Civil works are expected to conclude by the end of this year. Following the completion of the structure, the facility will undergo equipment installation with the goal of receiving its first patients in the first quarter of 2027. The building spans over 13,000 square meters across four floors and features a modular, energy-efficient design with a central courtyard for natural light.

Designed to serve the Extremadura region, the Portuguese Alentejo region, and the wider southwest Iberian Peninsula, the hospital is built to allow for future expansions without disrupting medical services.
