Quirónsalud hosts integrated obesity treatment conference in Sevilla

On 25 May 2026, the Quirónsalud hospitals Sagrado Corazón and Infanta Luisa in Sevilla will hold a free public event titled “Jornada de Pacientes: Entender la obesidad para vivir mejor”. The conference, organized with the support of pharmaceutical firms Lilly and Novo Nordisk, will bring together clinicians to discuss a multidisciplinary approach to obesity, covering bariatric surgery, endocrinology, nutrition, physical activity, and psychological assistance.

Attendees will also be invited to participate in “El Peso de lo Invisible”, a day‑long awareness activity that offers body‑composition measurements and personalized health advice. The initiative, backed by the Spanish Society for the Study of Obesity and the Association of Persons Living with Obesity, aims to educate patients and reduce stigma surrounding the chronic condition.
