Quito to host Ecuador Jazz 2026 festival

The Ecuador Jazz 2026 festival is scheduled to take place in Quito from September 10 to September 26. The event will feature a diverse lineup of international and local artists, including Susana Baca from Peru, Buika from Spain, Tiken Jah Fakoly from Ivory Coast, Alaín Pérez from Cuba, and American trumpeter Andrew Wagner.

In addition to musical performances, the festival will include film screenings, such as the French documentary ‘Soundtrack to a Coup d’État’, as well as musical clinics and discussions. Key venues for the programming include the Teatro Nacional Sucre and Teatro Variedades.
