Quán Nhà Haha showcases traditional Hue cuisine in Nham Biều village

In the second episode of the program Quán Nhà Haha, artists Minh Hằng, Quốc Thiên, Jun Phạm, and others participate in operating a local eatery in the ancient village of Nham Biều. The menu focuses on authentic flavors of Hue, featuring dishes such as sour bamboo shoot mussel soup, mussel rice crackers, Lựu Bảo spring rolls, braised kình fish with peanuts, and salted fig.

During the operation, the artists take on various roles, including food preparation and service. While Minh Hằng handles delicate tasks like wrapping yogurt in banana leaves, Quốc Thiên finds himself performing manual labor such as washing dishes and clearing tables. The program highlights the effort required to preserve and serve traditional local flavors amidst the challenges of running a restaurant.
