Quảng Ngãi and Vĩnh Long provinces announce scheduled electricity outages
The Central Vietnam Electricity Company released a detailed outage timetable for Quảng Ngãi province on 2 June 2026. Scheduled cuts affect the Ba Tơ, Trà Bồng and Đăk Pék areas, with interruptions ranging from 07:30 to 17:00 depending on the sub‑station. Work includes replacing high‑voltage conductors, installing new equipment and other maintenance tasks on the 22 kV network.
The Southern Electricity Company posted a similar schedule for Vĩnh Long (formerly Bến Tre) from 2 June to 7 June 2026. Multiple communes and hamlets in districts such as Ba Tri, An Thủy and Bảo Thạnh will experience cuts for reasons ranging from grid maintenance to testing and repair of medium‑voltage lines. Each outage is timed to last between one and four hours, with specific start and end times listed for each locality.
