Law enforcement actions reported in Quang Ninh and Thanh Hoa

Authorities in Quang Ninh and Thanh Hoa provinces have conducted several law enforcement operations. In Quang Ninh, police arrested three bar employees—Nguyen Thanh Thien, Le Thi Cam Thach, and Van Thi Bich Ngoc—for the illegal sale and organized use of Etomidate drug (in "Pod Chill" form) at a residence in Mong Cai.

In a separate case in Quang Ninh, Vu Van Dat, owner of Luxury Watch, was prosecuted for infringing industrial property rights and tax evasion. Investigators seized 30 counterfeit luxury watches from brands such as Rolex and Hublot, and determined the business evaded approximately 125 million VND in taxes.

Additionally, Quang Ninh police issued a warning regarding the rise of sophisticated disguised cameras being sold online, which pose risks to privacy and data security. Meanwhile, in Thanh Hoa province, traffic police issued notices for 508 vehicle owners to pay fines for speeding violations recorded on several national highways between July 1 and July 15.
