Quảng Trị implements new administrative green lane mechanisms

The Quảng Trị provincial government has launched two new administrative reform mechanisms: the ‘24-hour Green Lane’ and the ‘60% Green Lane.’ These initiatives aim to improve the business environment, enhance service quality, and foster investor confidence by significantly reducing processing times.

Under the ‘24-hour Green Lane,’ specific administrative procedures for key projects must be received and completed within 24 hours of receiving valid documentation. For non-administrative tasks, the 24-hour limit also applies. To ensure speed, relevant agencies are encouraged to conduct parallel consultations; if an agency fails to respond promptly, the lead unit may proceed with the assumption of consent.

The ‘60% Green Lane’ requires agencies to reduce the standard processing time for administrative procedures and other tasks by at least 60%.

These mechanisms do not alter the required documentation, legal conditions, or jurisdictional authority. To manage the process, an interdisciplinary working group has been established to guide, monitor, and resolve inter-agency difficulties. Files will be labeled to facilitate tracking and progress control.
