QXO initiates technology upgrades to target $50 billion in revenue
QXO has launched a companywide technology upgrade as part of a strategic push to reach $50 billion in annual revenue and more than double its EBITDA by 2030. The initiative aims to modernize the fragmented building products industry and improve customer experience through advanced technological solutions.
The company is scaling rapidly through significant acquisitions. Following the acquisition of Kodiak Building Partners and the subsequent completion of the TopBuild acquisition, QXO has become the second-largest publicly traded building products distributor in North America. In the second quarter, QXO reported net sales of approximately $3.25 billion, with adjusted EBITDA reaching $272 million.
In addition to operational expansion, the analysis firm Benchmark has reaffirmed its positive rating for QXO, citing the company’s technological innovations and their potential to drive market confidence and investor demand.
