R4 Banco Microfinanciero earns Great Place To Work certification

R4 Banco Microfinanciero has earned the Great Place To Work certification in Venezuela, valid for the period of September 2026 to September 2027. The recognition is based on the Trust Index Survey, which measures employee trust, pride, and camaraderie through anonymous feedback.

The certification comes during a period of institutional transformation for the bank. Originally founded in 2006 as Mi Banco, the entity officially changed its name to R4 Banco Microfinanciero in November 2024, following authorization from the Superintendency of Banking Sector Institutions (SUDEBAN). The bank currently employs more than 300 people.
