Rab'Africa Festival 2026 celebrates Moroccan and African culture in Rabat

The Rab'Africa Festival 2026 has commenced in Rabat, Morocco, celebrating the musical and cultural ties between Morocco and the African continent. The event, held at the Bouregreg, aims to establish the capital as a major cultural destination.

The opening night featured energetic performances by artists Duke and Dizzy Rose, who performed before a large crowd. The event was hosted by presenter Bouchra Ddeau and artist Hamza Filali.

As the festival progressed into its second day, high attendance was reported from residents of Rabat, Salé, Témara, and Tamesna. Performers including Lamiaa Zaidi and Sami Ray engaged with the audience, emphasizing the festival's role as a space for cultural exchange and community connection.
