Rossella Diaco, prominent Rai Isoradio voice, dies at 65

Rossella Diaco, a prominent multimedia programmer and voice for Rai Isoradio, has passed away at the age of 65 following a brief illness. Diaco had been a fixture at Isoradio for over fifteen years and previously worked for Rai International and CCISS.

Her daughter, Federica, announced the death via social media, noting that her mother fought until the end. Diaco had been open about her health struggles, recently sharing that she was battling a pancreatic tumor and that her treatments had not been successful.

Rai issued a statement honoring her as a professional dedicated to public utility channels, describing her as a brilliant, courageous, and determined woman. Her funeral is scheduled for Wednesday morning at the Cathedral of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary in the La Storta area of Rome.
