Rachael Okonkwo announces engagement to businessman Chukwudi Onuorah

Nollywood actress Rachael Okonkwo, widely known as Nkoli Nwa Nsukka, has announced her engagement to businessman Chukwudi Onuorah. The 39-year-old actress shared the news via a viral video on November 1, 2026, in which she displayed an engagement ring and referred to Onuorah as “my billionaire baby”.

Following the announcement, Okonkwo updated her Instagram biography to include Onuorah’s name. The engagement follows reports of a traditional introduction ceremony, known as Iku Aka, which reportedly took place on October 11, 2026, at the actress’s family home in Nsukka, Enugu State.

Okonkwo’s personal milestone follows her recent political appointment by Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah as Senior Special Assistant on Film and Creative Industry Development, announced in September 2026. The actress has previously stated her intention to seek a partner who is equally established and purposeful.
