Rachel Ojuromi debuts on Chanel runway in Paris

Nigerian content creator Rachel Ojuromi has made her runway debut for Chanel during Paris Fashion Week. The 22-year-old rose to prominence on social media by recreating high-fashion runway looks amidst the streets, markets, and neighborhoods of Lagos.

Ojuromi, known online as @giverachelashot, collaborates with stylist Debby Fashinga to produce her content, often utilizing vintage pieces and items sourced from local markets. Her viral videos caught the attention of fashion industry leaders, leading to her appearance in the Chanel Spring/Summer 2027 collection at the Grand Palais.

In addition to her runway debut, Ojuromi has recently signed modeling contracts with agencies in New York, Paris, and London.
