Racibórz seeks approval to sell former school property

The President of Racibórz has submitted a proposal to city councilors seeking approval to sell a former school property located at 81 Opawska Street. The site spans approximately 0.83 hectares and includes several buildings, notably two utility structures from the late 19th and early 20th centuries that are listed in the municipal register of monuments.

A potential buyer has expressed interest through a letter of intent, proposing to transform the site into a modern Family Support Center. This facility is intended to provide educational, developmental, therapeutic, and social services for children, youth, and their families. The property has been under the administration of the Municipal Building Management in Racibórz since 2017.
