Racing Bulls evaluates three drivers for two 2027 seats

Racing Bulls is among the few Formula 1 teams that has not yet finalized its driver lineup for the 2027 season. Team Principal Alan Permane stated that the team is in no rush to make a decision, though an announcement is expected within the coming weeks.

The team faces a selection dilemma with three credible candidates for only two available seats. The potential drivers include current Formula 1 drivers Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad, as well as Nikola Tsolov, a promising talent currently competing in Formula 2 within the Red Bull driver development program.

Permane emphasized that the decision-making process will consider several factors, primarily speed and pace, alongside the long-term development of young talent. The team aims to ensure the right pairing is selected by balancing immediate performance with future potential.
