Racing Club opens new natatorium in Olavarría, Argentina

The Argentine football club Racing inaugurated a climate‑controlled natatorium in the city of Olavarría on Friday night. The ceremony was attended by local mayor Maximiliano Wesner, club president Hugo Fayanás, investor Guillermo Fioritti and other municipal officials. The facility includes a reflective water feature, modern dressing rooms with showers and plans for future on‑site dormitories that will provide 60 beds for visiting teams.

Fayanás said more than 500 members have already registered for the pool, which is intended to serve both club affiliates and the wider Olavarría community. He highlighted the project’s completion despite a difficult economic climate and announced that additional infrastructure upgrades, such as a renovated club front, are underway.
