Radamel Falcao Eyes Move to Panama's San Francisco FC

Colombian striker Radamel Falcao García, 40, is a free agent after his contract with Millonarios ended on 30 June 2026. Panamanian club San Francisco FC has expressed interest in signing him for the 2026‑2027 season.

Journalist José Miguel Domínguez reported that negotiations have been ongoing since June, but no agreement has been reached. He quoted club officials saying, “Se está hablando y gestionando el caso Falcao‑San Francisco. Nada cerrado.” Tax considerations were highlighted as a possible advantage for the player in Panama. Falcao played 11 matches in the first half of 2026 in Colombia’s Liga BetPlay and the Copa Sudamericana, scoring once, while his overall record at Millonarios includes 40 appearances and 12 goals.
