Surajpur, Chhattisgarh Park Murder: Boyfriend Arrested After Victim Typed Accused’s Name

In Nehru Park, Surajpur district of Chhattisgarh, 20‑year‑old Radhika Rajwade was attacked by her boyfriend, 23‑year‑old Ritesh Rajwade. The argument turned violent and Ritesh slit her throat, causing severe neck injuries. Radhika was taken to the district hospital and later to Ambikapur Medical College, where she died that night.

Police located the suspect within hours using CCTV footage and the details Radhika managed to type on a mobile phone before she died. Ritesh Rajwade was arrested, confessed to the crime, and a murder case has been registered. Investigators are continuing to gather evidence.
