Radio Arvyla and Open TV negotiations conclude without agreement

Negotiations between the satirical program ‘Radio Arvyla’ and the television station Open have ended for the current period without reaching a cooperation agreement. According to Konstantinos Antonatos, editor-in-chief of yupiii.gr, the parties were unable to find common ground despite maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Key factors cited for the lack of a deal include a lack of available programming space on the station's schedule and unresolved issues regarding commercial branding. While a television return to Open appears unlikely for the current season, the possibility of reopening discussions next year remains open. In the interim, the program's future remains undecided, though digital platforms like YouTube remain an option for communication.
