Radio Arvyla renewal negotiations continue with ANT1

Negotiations are ongoing regarding the renewal of the satirical television program ‘Radio Arvyla’ on the ANT1 network. Although the new television season has already commenced, the show has not yet returned to the schedule.

Discussions between ANT1 and the production team, led by Antonis Kanakis, are reportedly centered on financial terms and the specific conditions of the new contract. There are also indications that the upcoming pre-election year is influencing the negotiations, with discussions potentially touching upon the boundaries of political satire.

Despite the delay, sources suggest an optimistic outlook for a resolution. If an agreement is reached, this would mark the 20th season of the program. Historically, the show has typically premiered in early November.
