Radio Bruno celebrates 50 years with free exhibition in Carpi, Italy

Radio Bruno marks its 50th anniversary with an immersive exhibition titled “50 anni di Radio Bruno – 1976/2026 – La nostra storia”. The show runs from 4 to 13 September 2026 in the Cortile and the former post office hall of Palazzo dei Pio in Carpi, Modena, and admission is free.

Curated by the agency 21 Make It Count, the exhibit guides visitors through five thematic stations that explore the station’s founders, its bond with the local territory, moments of solidarity (including the 2012 earthquake aid project), summer live events, travel memories, first loves and the songs that defined generations. It combines photographs, film footage, historic equipment such as a Revox recorder and the mixer featured in Ligabue’s film “Radiofreccia”, as well as interactive installations and multimedia content.

The exhibition also launches the book “Radio Bruno. Chiamala per nome! 1976‑2026” (Giunti) and highlights past collaborations with artists like Vasco Rossi, Claudio Baglioni, Orietta Berti and Gianni Morandi.
