Radoje Zvicer planned assassination of Ranko Radošević

Encrypted Sky messages from October 2020 reveal that Radoje Zvicer and his associates planned the assassination of Ranko Radošević, known as ‘Eskobar’, approximately two and a half years before his death at a petrol station in the Rušanj neighborhood of Belgrade.

During this period, members of the Kavač criminal clan had kidnapped Mil Radulović, a leader of the Škaljari clan, known as ‘Kapetan’. The Kavač group used Radulović’s phone and Sky account to send false information to his associates, aiming to incite internal conflict within the rival Škaljari group.

Zvicer’s communications show an attempt to implicate Radošević, a close associate and godfather of Radomir Boban Baćović, to further destabilize the Škaljari clan. While Baćović remained the primary target, Zvicer suggested that a ‘strong team’ should handle Radošević, noting that he was a ‘man of trust’ who managed various operations for his associates.
