Radom developer seeks approval for Stańczyka Street housing project

In Radom, a developer is making a new attempt to secure approval for a residential investment on Stańczyka Street. The project, which utilizes the ‘lex deweloper’ law, allows for housing developments to proceed regardless of local spatial management plans, provided they do not conflict with the municipality's study of development directions or cultural park resolutions.

The President of Radom has recommended that the City Council approve the location of the investment. While the Municipal Architectural and Urban Planning Commission and the Mazovian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments have expressed opposition, their opinions are not binding on the council. The developer intends to construct a multi-family residential building featuring ground-floor services and an underground garage.
