Radom to host 30th International Early Music Festival

The 30th Anniversary International Early Music Festival, dedicated to the composer Mikołaj z Radomia, is scheduled to take place from October 17 to October 25, 2026, in Radom and the surrounding region. Organized by the Ars Antiqua Radomiensis Foundation under the direction of Ewa Gęga-Osowska, the event features a diverse program of concerts held in various churches and concert halls.

The festival's opening concert, titled ‘Mikołaj z Radomia – Opera omnia’, will be performed by Ensemble Dragma and Ensemble Peregrina from Switzerland. This performance aims to present the complete preserved works of the medieval composer, supplemented by music from the Jagiellonian era. Other scheduled performances include works by Johann Sebastian Bach, the Acanthus Baroque ensemble from Austria, and the Rocal Fuza group.

Notable venues for the festivities include the Bernardine Church, St. Wenceslaus Church, and the Basilica of St. Casimir. The event is held under the honorary patronage of the Mayor of Radom, Radosław Witkowski, and Bishop Marek Solarczyk.
