Radomiak Radom appoints John Carver as new head coach

Radomiak Radom has officially appointed John Carver as its new head coach. The English manager, who previously coached Lechia Gdańsk and Newcastle United, has signed a contract through the end of the 2026/27 season, with an option to extend for an additional 12 months.

The appointment follows the departure of Tomasz Kaczmarek to Raków Częstochowa. Following Kaczmarek's exit, Rafał Grzyb served as interim coach, overseeing two matches that resulted in losses against Piast Gliwice and Lech Poznań.

Carver, known for an offensive style of play, returns to the Ekstraklasa after a period of unemployment. He takes over a Radomiak side currently positioned near the relegation zone, struggling with the second-worst defense in the league.
